1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Greggs Auto Spa, the mobile vehicle detailing service provider.

“Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to the person or organisation requesting our services.

“Service” means any detailing service, package, or add-on provided by us to you.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed via our social media, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% may be required to secure appointments. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid bookings.

Payment is due on completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

More than 48 hours’ notice:
You may cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Less than 48 hours’ notice:
A cancellation fee of £10 may apply, or your deposit may be forfeited.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always aim to give as much notice as possible.

4. Service Conditions

We require clear access to your vehicle and a safe location to perform our services (driveway, private parking, etc.).

If we are unable to access the vehicle at the agreed time or the working conditions are unsafe, we may cancel the service.

We will not move your vehicle. Keys must be provided if interior or engine bay work is booked.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Please remove all valuables and personal items before we arrive. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.

Please disclose any known issues with your vehicle (e.g. leaks, damaged trim, electrical faults, etc.) before the service begins.

By booking with us, you confirm that you are the registered owner or have the owner’s consent to authorise our services.

6. Liability and Damage

We are fully insured for public liability and treatment risk.

We take all reasonable care to avoid damage, but we accept no liability for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects

  • Paintwork failure due to poor previous repairs or underlying issues

  • Damage arising from aftermarket parts or accessories (e.g. wraps, tints, badges)

  • Any mechanical or electrical issues arising during or after detailing, unless directly caused by our negligence

Before/after photos may be taken for quality and insurance purposes.

7. Results and Limitations

We aim for the best possible results but do not guarantee 100% defect removal unless explicitly stated (e.g. in multi-stage paint correction).

Stains, smells, scratches, and etching may not be fully removable depending on their age or severity.

“Showroom” results depend on the condition and age of the vehicle.

8. Weather Policy

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel bookings in the event of adverse weather (e.g. rain, snow, extreme heat), unless a covered working area is provided.

9. Photography and Social Media

We may take photos/videos of the vehicle before, during, or after the service for marketing purposes.

No registration plates or personal details will be shown.

Please inform us if you do not consent to photos being used online.

10. Complaints and Disputes

If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it.

We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
